Through the program we act as a ‘Guardian’ that provides successful applicants with premium legal services to compliment their efforts thereby positioning them for future expansion. Following an application process we select start ups and scale-ups to Join Madzima and Company – Guardian Benefits.

To qualify for this opportunity, the concepts brought forward by the applicants must be highly innovative and must be disrupting in their respective industries. They must show the potential impact they will contribute to the communities they will be based and must show the potential for development. Successful applicants receive access to free and discounted legal services workshops.

Closely related to this is our student Internship program wherein we provide on-the-job legal training, mentoring and profile-raising opportunities for Law students. We recognise that the future of Zimbabwe requires an ecosystem of innovation and growth and we aim to make a meaningful contribution to this.
